VENEZIA is a water repellent, vapour permeable coating that offers outstanding resistance. Formulated with quartz powder with texture of 0.3 0.7 mm, the product gives the possibility of realising several finishes: the Cloud effext, the rustic effect and the troweled finish. The product consists of siloxanic resins in water dispersion which guarantee excellent weatherability and maintains the vapour permeability of the substrate, preventing the formation of mould and algae. Additionally, the product is resistant to acids and frost and thaw cycles. Thanks to its water repellence, VENEZIA keeps masonry dry and improves energy saving; it also assures the best hygienic conditions and house comfort. It can be used as finish coat on high diffusion plasters and on all wall surfaces. For its special characteristics, the product is recommended above all for prestige buildings and the restoration of old town areas. It has a low odour level, is non flammable and is friendly to both humans and the environment.
